Yes! We’re delighted to offer an in-person component in National Harbor, Maryland. We have decided to limit the capacity because we want all guests to feel comfortable as we continue to reunite the Avon family. We’re confident our plans will offer the best parts of being together, whether in person or virtual!

We’re VERY excited to share that in-person attendance is open to Representatives, Co-Applicants and Guests. You have until May 31, 2023, to get a full refund.

If you’ve already registered and would like to add a guest, re-visit our registration site and use your Avon account number to pull up your registration to add and pay for guests.

In-person attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes! Registration is open to all Representatives and Co-Applicants. 

There is one pass available per Representative. If you have a Co-Applicant on your account, you may purchase one additional pass for your Co-Applicant. You may also purchase one additional Guest pass for in-person attendance.

Only Avon Representatives and Co-Applicants can register for virtual attendance. Avon Representatives, Co-Applicants and Guests* can attend our in-person event in National Harbor.

* Guests will not be eligible for live prize drawings or giveaways.

Attendees must be 18 years-old or older to attend any in-person events.

You can purchase your pass with Visa or MasterCard on the registration site.

There is no incentive at this time.

Representatives, Co-Applicants and Guests registered for the All Access Plus pass will receive swag (including new products and best-selling faves with a $200+ value).

Of course! We’ll be finding special ways to recognize incredible achievements among our registered attendees this year, and we’ll be in touch with more information soon. Please note that our recognition segments will reflect achievements through close of Campaign 14, 2023. You must register for Convention by July 5, 2023, and have a verified Avon Wallet account to be featured in your award category for recognition.

Registered attendees will receive a 100% refund if you cancel by May 31, 2023. Those who register after June 1, 2023 will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel or change your registration, contact EventsSupport@avonusa.com. Please include Avon Convention 2023 in the subject line, and include your full name and Avon account number within the message.

To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the resort to cancel your reservation by July 12, 2023. After this date, guests will incur a minimum two-night room fee, which will be charged directly to the individual guest making the cancellation.
