We’re delighted to offer an in-person component and a convenient accommodation option for Avon Convention 2023. We have decided to limit the capacity because we want all guests to feel comfortable as we continue to reunite the Avon family in person at this year’s Convention. We’re confident our plans will offer the best parts of being together and provide our virtual guests with the best LIVE studio audience.

We’re happy to share that the stunning Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center will also serve as the host hotel for in-person attendees, and we have secured a special group rate.

You must book your room through the link below in order to receive the special Avon group rate. All rooms will accommodate up to 1-4 guests in a room from August 11-13. Additionally, there are a limited number of rooms available for 3 days pre and post Convention at the same rate for confirmed in-person attendees who’d like to come early or stay longer. You can select your additional room nights while booking for the event (based on hotel availability). You can also extend your stay nearby at your favorite hotel or resort.

Hotel Cancellation: To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the resort to cancel your reservation before July 12, 2023. After this date, guests will incur a minimum two-night room fee, which will be charged directly to the individual guest making the cancellation.
